We offer a Sushi-Kaiseki course made using seasonal ingredients.
Each of the main sushi pieces are seasoned to be enjoyed at the peak of its flavor.
Salt, soy sauce, citrus fruits, plum meat, etc. so come and fully relish the exquisite flavors brought out by the incredibly skilled sushi chefs.
In addition to the chef’s choice selections of Japanese sake,
we also offer other options like beer,
whiskey, Shochu, plum wine, Japanese premier Gin
The owner can handle simple English conversations.
